Working alongside the British Parking Association (BPA), ICM conducted in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to provide an authoritative assessment of public opinion towards parking management and to explore the reasons why these views are held. Conducted before the pandemic, it provides a robust baseline from which public opinion can be tracked over time.
The first phase consisted of six face-to-face qualitative discussion groups with the public. This was followed by a large-scale nationally representative quantitative online sample of 3,007 UK adults aged 18+.
